Hey all I suppose I should share my first encounter with Cordalene just a mere two days ago...(Geesh this feels like a AA meeting or something)
Well it was a way-ward nite riding around in my car wwwaaayyy down south in ole' Atlanty Georgia. Thinking to myself "How in the hell did a Northeast guy such as myself end up in the dixieland USA". damnit! - CD player is broke, tape player jammed... I'm forced to put on the radio which I never do (as fate would have it)
Almost zipping past what is usually a crappy local radio station that shuns up and coming talent for rehash overplayed and undertalented artist - this new DJ injects a fresh wave of Cordalene in my ears and now my life is nevermore the same.
Even worse, a working stiff by day and an aspiring director both on and off the clock at my local working stiff location - the song "Would it Kill You?" drove me into a fury of visionary inspiration and now here I am. Anyhow, I think this is truly cool that a band like Cordalene magnetizes people in such a way and yet still maintains a close base to fans such as Laura who dedicate a lot of personal time.
Now that you guys have me hooked, I suppose the more complicated task is figuring when you guys will wander down to Atlanta for a show. But I suppose we can't have all we wish for in one helping. Keep the great music coming guys, hello to all my fellow Cordaleners, and good luck to all.

Hmmm, what part of Georgia are they in? If its not near Atlanta or Athens...it may be a while off for them.

Hey! Well, where to begin?
I bought the Vans Warped tour cd a couple months ago, and all I ever used to listen to was disc one, which was still not really all that good until I decide to put in disc 2. I got all the way through the cd until the last song when I decided the cd was not as great as I had hoped. So anyway, song #26 starts playing. A band by the name of Cordalene. Wow, what an interesting name. Halfway throw the song I was just about to cry it was so good. I took that cd with me everywhere and I listened to that song whenever I got the chance. I started to drive my mom up the wall singing it over her music in the car. It was great. So then I decide to find some other music by them, and I check out their website and I'm hooked. I can't get enough!! I just have to say that they are one of the most amazing bands I have ever heard. Ever. ;D
