Hey there! My name's Kim. You may have seen me at a couple shows. Sometimes I'm shooting video. Sometimes just hanging at the merch table. First saw Cordalene last May at the Khyber, and fell in love immediately. Been following them ever since. Love the new message board, btw. It's a great addition to the website! Was wondering what the chances are that we could petition the Late Night with Conan O'Brien show to do a "Week of Philly Rock". We've got tons of talent right here in our own backyard. Why not share the joy? Was thinking specifically of five local Philly bands - with one band showcased each night of the week - starting with Cordalene (of course), and then somehow followed by Pilot Round the Sun, Ike, Pepper's Ghost and The Jane Anchor. I've seen all of them at least twice (some significantly more than just twice ), and think they're all totally awesome. Any thoughts? - Kim

Great! Actually, just remembered that CKY's also from this area. But I've never seen them live, and I haven't heard anything except the one song that started getting play around the time of the Y100 Feztival. Any idea what they're like? Anyone heard their CD? Kinda curious.
Regarding the week of Philly Rock... not sure how to go about it. Does Conan have a website or anything? Is there a mailing address, maybe? Or email address?

I saw somewhere that Conan's email address is conan@nbc.com. If that's not right though I'm pretty sure that if you go to nbc.com and click on contact us (way at the bottom of the page) you can send an email regarding the show...you just have to choose Late Night With Conan O'Brien from the little box. Other than those two things I have no idea how to contact him.

Cool. Thanks for looking into it. Maybe we should try the email first, though. Just to make sure it works. Also, was wondering how to go about doing this. Should we start a petition for people to start emailing the Conan Obrien show, or maybe have a single email with a list of people who've signed on. Or, a non-tech option would be to draft a petition, and bring it to shows - have people sign that, and mail it in. Any thoughts?

[glow=red,2,300]Hey Kim ya I think that the last idea would work! It is different because every1 does petitions by Email so we should do it by actually signing it ourselves![/glow]

Hey Kim..I have a VERY important question to ask you. Do you know if there is any possible way I can get a copy of the New Years episode of Late Night With Conan on January 1st, 2004? My boyfriend loved that episode and can't find a way to get a copy of it. Do you have an address or a phone number I can call to see what I need to do to get a recorded copy of that episode? I would greatly appreciate it..you would really make my day. Hell, my year!! My email address is: CrazyAgginn@aol.com Please please please email me, I would like to hear from you Bye and THANK YOU!! - Brooke

Hey Brooke, Jeez, I dunno. Have absolutely no idea. Who was on that show, anyways? Best guess would be to email NBC or check out their website, or google online for the show. Someone might have iMac'd that episode and posted it on the web.
Really sorry. I wish I could be of more help to you. Good luck! - Kim
