Kool, it starts @ 7! That should make my dad happy ;D...This weekend is gonna ROCK! (well Friday and Saturday atleast will) I get to see Cordalene and all them awesome sounding bands Friday night! and then I get to go to my first beef -n- beer on Saturday with 4 local Irish bands that are GREAT! (or atleast the 3 I have heard!) Just a quick question has any1 here ever heard of: Bogside Rogues, Dicey Riley, Ballina, or The Hooligans? They are all local Irish bands that are awesome! So if u have heard of them let me know, I wana know what u think of them.

I think that Cordalene plays last, like 9:45 or so. But the other bands are all cool, so try to make the entire show if you can!

So be looking for me; I will, more than likely be wearing my red Cordalene shirt and a short sporty lookin skirt...or long pants haven't decided so if any1 has any ideas pleaze tell!!

I'm goin' tomorrow, instead of Rev. Horton Heat. I'll be wearin' an At The Drive-In shirt, scally cap chock full of buttons, and blue jeans. Hope to see ya there, everyone!

[glow=limegreen,2,300]Severely disappointed that I didn't get to go.. my birthday is today and my parents chose to have my family over on Friday (why a Friday of all days? Ugh..) to celebrate.. so I got stuck. I heard it was good, though. Oh well.. there will be more Cordalene shows in the future that I'll be sure to catch.[/glow]

Wow, that was an awesome show. Although I love Cordalene, that's only my third show. And Stiffed got me and my friends all pumped up, so we had to skank, even if it did seem a bit out of place, with the crowd and the other bands there. Got our fill of that Saturday night, though. [ Haha. Emily, my arm still hurts from when the crowd didn't catch me. ]

Incredible show! And that was a *looong* freakin' set, too! Very impressive performance by Stiffed! Saw them at the Warped Tour, too. Never saw This Radiant Boy before. They sounded really really good - I think I'm going to need to catch more of their shows. Feel bad - I got to the Northstar just as Adam Arcuraggi went on, but absolutely had to get something to eat. Heard that he had a good set, too.
Wanted to say hi to the sisters Sara and Emily, "Warped Tour" Sara, Drew and Pepper's Ghost (you guys are awesome!). Glad you could all make it out. Laura, I'm so glad I finally got to meet you!!! Give my thanks to your Dad for giving you a ride to the show. I think he might have actually had some fun, too (I *know* I saw him tapping his foot a bit while Stiffed was playing...). And just a big thanks to everyone who made it out to the Northstar Friday night to help celebrate the new EP!!!
PS - Hey MAK, drop me a line when you have a chance (kcgutjahr@aol.com). Thanks!
- Kim

Thanks everybody for making that CD release party a incredible evening for everyone involved! It's because of your support that it felt like an actual party, and not just another show. Thanks everyone!
I hope you all got a chance to see the other bands. Adam, Stiffed, and TRB all put out great sets, and were fun to hang out with. Thanks other bands!
It's amazing how much this board is doing too. Everyone seems to be meeting each other, which is great, we're meeting everyone, which is also great, and we owe it all to Laura who's hosting this coctail party. Thanks Laura!
ok, this is starting to sound like an oscar speech, and I can hear the pit orchestra now, so I finish now!
